Publish your diaries online ... on the Web

Using MyOffice you can automatically publish your diaries online, on the web.

This feature allows you to maintain a diary in MyOffice, adding and changing appointments / events ... and when the diary is viewed on the web it will automatically display the up to date list of appointments.

If you regularly publish lists of events on your website this feature will save you the trouble of altering the web site each time you need to make a change to the events list. You just update your diary in MyOffice and your web site automatically displays your diary.

MyOffice provides 2 methods of publishing online diaries:

Method 1 - Simple - link to a diary from your website

This method is targeted at users who have little or no website development experience.

You simply put a link on your website that points to a diary page hosted by MyOffice. You can also use the link in emails that you send to your clients / members.

You can configure the look and feel of the displayed diary in terms of the fields that get listed and the format of dates / horizontal lines, etc.

Method 2 - Advanced - Embed a diary in your website

This method is targeted at experienced website developers.

Using this method you place an IFRAME in your web page and set it's source to the published diary HTML generator on the MyOffice website. You have total control over the placement of the diary and the look and feel.

Detailed instructions for embedding a diary can be found at www.myoffice.net/HowToEmbedPublishedDiaries.aspx
