I'm a trial user - how do I subscribe?
Each time you log on to MyOffice you'll see a countdown of the number of days remaining in your trial. e.g. your trial expires in 23 days.
When you're ready to subscribe, just click the 'Subscribe' button next to this 'countdown' message and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, come to the MyOffice website, click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of every page, log on with your account's admin user, and subscribe from there.
Note that, regardless of when you subscribe during the trial period, you subscription will start from the END of the trial.
Renewing your subscription
There's no automatic re-subscription in MyOffice.
If you wish to re-subscribe click the 'Re-subscribe' button that you see at logon and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, come to the MyOffice website, click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of every page, log on with your account's admin user, and re-subscribe from there.
You can renew your subscription up to 30 days prior to your account expiry date.
NB: Before you re-subscribe you should delete any unwanted users using Tools > User Admin. The subscription process will not allow you to subscribe for fewer users than you have set up in your account.
Adding users
There are 2 parts to adding more users:
(1) Subscribe for the additional user(s)
(2) Set up the user(s)
To SUBSCRIBE for additional users go to www.myoffice.net and click on the My Account link in the right corner of the page. Log on and click the 'Add Users' button. Follow the instructions to subscribe for the user(s). At the end of the process you'll see a link to print out your invoice.
NB: The subscription is pro-rata'd up to your annual renewal date. e.g. If you subscribe for a user half way through your renewal year you'll only pay half the subscription.
To SET UP THE USER, first re-start MyOffice to make it recognise the new user limit.
Then click Tools > User Admin to add the user(s).
If you need more calendars click Tools > Diary Admin.
Accessing invoices
Go to www.myoffice.net and click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
Log on as an admin user.
A list of invoices for your account will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Click on an invoice in the list to display that invoice.
Adding credits
The free trial comes with 50 free SMS credits that you can use to send reminders.
Once you subscribe to MyOffice you can purchase credits by going to to www.myoffice.net and clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
Log on as an admin user.
Click the 'Buy SMS' button and follow the instructions.

How do I install MyOffice on other computers?
You can install MyOffice on as many Windows PCs and Apple Macs as you want for free.

Finding MyOffice Version numbers
In the Windows app, open the "Help" menu and choose "About". The version number is displayed here.
In the Apple Mac app, open the "MacMyOffice" menu and choose "About". The version number is displayed here.
In either the Android or iPhone apps, the version number is displayed on the main menu screen.
Keeping up to date
To upgrade to the latest version of either the Windows or Apple Mac apps, go the downloads page at this web site and download the latest version.
The MyOffice Android and iPhone apps will automatically be upgraded by Google Play and Apple App Store respectively when new versions of MyOffice are released.
Uninstalling MyOffice
Windows
To uninstall the MyOffice windows client, open "Control Panel" on your Windows PC, then open "Programs and Features". In the list below, find and select "MyOffice.NET" then either click the "Uninstall" button above or select "Uninstall" from the context menu, then follow the on screen instructions. This will remove the MyOffice windows client from your PC.
Mac
To uninstall the MyOffice Mac client, open your "Applications" folder using "Finder", highlight the "MyOffice" app, and select "Move to trash" from either the context menu or the tool button.
iPhone
To uninstall the MyOffice iPhone app, press the "MyOffice" icon until it (and the icons around it) start to wobble, theb press the small cross that has appeared on the "MyOffice" icon to remove it, followed by the home button to exit app deletion mode.
Android
To uninstall the MyOffice Android app, open the "Settings" app, then open the "Application Manager" from the "More..." tab. Find "MyOffice" in the list of applications, press it, then select "Uninstall" to remove the app from your Android device.
